The role
Reporting to your manager, your objective will be to pay attention to players and to provide a quality service.
As an employee, you will be responsible for :
- encoding players in the computer system and welcoming them
- ensuring the currency exchange system
- ensuring the drinks and snacks service in the gaming hall
- keeping the gaming hall in a perfect clean condition.
- carrying out commercial missions inside or outside the gaming hall. Over time, you’ll learn the names of regular players and adapt to their preferences
- taking charge of new clients, giving them particular attention

- Careful presentation

- Geographical mobility to different gaming halls in the region
- Strong customer service skills and proactive
